      目的 探讨流动液体模型的磁共振信号强度与速度矢量的关系,研究不同观察者之间、不同ROI(0.05 cm2、0.08 cm2)流速软件的客观性。方法 采用西门子1.5T超导磁共振机梯度进行实验研究,实验水模包括,一塑胶管(模拟门静脉走行,直径3.3 mm),高压注射器一台,生理盐水2000 ml。流速设置1.25~12.50 cm/s。结果 磁共振信号强度Y与流速X呈线性关系,Y=-24.542+123.104X,相关系数为r2=0.948;不同观察者采用流速软件测量的速度矢量三者间比较及与实际速度(真值)比较,均无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察者选择不同ROI范围0.05 cm2、0.08 cm2测量速度矢量与实际流速(真值)行相关性分析,r分别为0.935和0.998,ROI 0.08 cm2相关性更佳。结论 流动液体模型证明磁共振相位对比技术是一种客观、准确的流体定量测量技术,可用于临床血流定量研究。

      Objective To assess the relationship between MR signal intensity and actual velocity under non-pulsatile vessel model and study the accuracy of velocity software by different observers and different region of interest (ROI). Methods Flow phantom (non-pulsatile vessel model) included a plastic tube (simulated main portal vein blood flow orientation, 3.3 mm in diameter) and a high tension syringe and 0.9% normal sodium 2000 ml. The velocities were from 1.25 cm/s to 12.50 cm/s. Flow phantom measurements were acquired by SIEMENS 1.5T MR scanner. All data were measured by three independent observers. Results MR signal intensity (Y) and the actual velocity (X) showed straight-line correlation, Y=-24.542+123.104X,r2=0.948. There was no statistically difference between the actual velocity and the measurement results by three observers (P>0.05), a phantom study showed that the velocities measured in ROI 0.08 cm2 were more correlated with actual velocity than that in ROI 0.05 cm2, r=0.998, 0.935 respectively. Conclusion Phase-contrast MR imaging is proved to be an accurate and practical flow measurement technique in flow phantom study and can be used in quantitative study of blood flow clinically.
