目的 探讨三维超声测量胎儿肾脏体积及肾脏血流容积与孕龄相关关系。方法 应用三维超声重建技术测量89例(150枚肾脏)正常胎儿肾脏体积(Vr)及肾脏血流容积(Vf)并计算其比值(Vi)。结果 ①胎儿肾脏体积(Vr)与孕龄呈正相关(r=0.895,P<0.01);②胎儿肾脏血流容积(Vf)与孕龄呈正相关(r=0.752,P<0.01);③胎儿肾脏体积(Vr)及肾脏血流容积(Vf)的比值(Vi)与孕龄无明显相关性。结论 三维超声可较准确测量胎儿肾脏及其血流容积,二者与孕龄呈线性正相关。 |

Objective To evaluate the relationship between gestational age and fetal renal volume and blood-flow volume measured by three-dimensional ultrasound (3D US). Methods A total of 89 normal singleton fetuses (150 fetus kidneys) ranging from 25+ to 39+ weeks' gestation were included. The volume of fetal kidneys and renal blood flow were measured with 3D US reconstruction technique, therefore, the volume ratio (Vi= Vr/Vf) were calculated. Results ①Vr and Vf were both strongly correlated with the fetal gestational age (Vr, r=0.895, P<0.01; Vf, r=0.752, P<0.01), but Vi did not relate to gestational age. Conclusion Assessment of fetal renal volume and renal blood-flow volume with 3D US may serve for two useful references in evaluating fetal growth. |
