| 目的 应用Tei指数评价高血压病患者右心功能,探讨其临床价值。方法 将81例高血压病患者根据Ganau分型,采用脉冲多普勒显像技术,测量并计算右心Tei指数,与23例健康人右室Tei指数作对比。结果 高血压组较正常对照组右心Tei指数增加,与(IRT+ICT)显著正相关(r=0.89, P<0.001),与ET及IRT有相关性(r=-0.70, 0.77, P<0.01),与ICT无明显相关性(r=0.36, P>0.05)。结论 Tei指数是一个敏感、简便、综合评价右心整体功能的指标。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical value of Tei index in the evaluation of right ventricular function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Eighty-one patients with essential hypertension compared with twenty-three age-and sex-matched healthy individuals. The patients were divided into four subgroups according to Ganau's standard, and Tei index were measured. Results Compared to normotensive healthy controls, Tei index increased and correlated very closely with (IRT+ICT) (r=0.89, P<0.001); and correlated with ET and IRT (r=-0.70, 0.77 respectively, P<0.01), but did not correlate with ICT (r=0.36, P>0.05). Conclusion The Tei index, combining systolic and diastolic myocardial function, was valuable and easy for estimating right ventricular dysfunction in essential hypertension. |
