目的 进行核素分流管显像,了解脑脊液分流管的通畅情况。方法 19 例脑积水患者,术后9~12 天从储液囊内注射99 Tcm-DTPA 111~185 MBq ,行分流管显像。记录核素到达分流管末端时间。结果 分流管通畅11 例,核素自储液囊到达分流管末端时间为平均11. 6 min ;定量分析,分流管引流量平均为0. 078 ml/ min。通而不畅6 例,核素到达分流管末端的时间为平均21. 6 min。分流管梗阻2 例,始终未见分流管末端显影。结论 核素分流管显像是一种检测脑室分流装置功能状况的有效方法。 |

Objective To understand whether the shunt pipe for cerebrospinal fluid is obst ructed or not . Methods Nine-teen hydrocephalus patient s were administered 111~185 MBq of 99 Tcm2DTPA by injection into shunt reservoir 9 to 12 daysaf ter vent riculoperitoneal shunt . Then radionuclide imaging was carried out with SPECT , and the time which 99 Tcm-DTPAjust appeared in the shunt terminal was recorded respectively. Results Eleven shunt pipes were unobst ructed , 6 incompletely unobst ructed , and 2 obst ructed. The average time which 99 Tcm2DTPA past the shunt pipe was 11. 6 minutes in the patient s with unobst ructed pipe , and 21. 6 minutes in the patient s with incompletely unobst ructed pipe. In the patient s with ob-st ructed pipe 99 Tcm-DTPA could not pass the shunt pipe at all , and the passing time wasn’t recorded. The average volume offlow which the cerebrospinal fluid past the shunt pipes was 0. 078ml/ min in the unobst ructed pipes. Conclusion The radio-nuclide imaging for shunt pipe is an efficient method to test whether the shunt pipe is unobst ructed or not . |
