目的 研究原发性肝癌CT 灌注参数的改变和临床价值。方法 本组78 例行肝血流的CT 灌注扫描,其中原发性肝癌组70 例、正常组8 例。应用去卷积算法模式计算相应病变区域的血流量(BF) 、血容量(BV) 、平均通过时间(MTT) 、毛细血管通透性(PS) 、肝动脉指数( HAF) ,来评价肝癌的血流动力学状态。结果 70 例原发性肝癌患者HAF、BF 明显高于正常组织,而MTT 明显降低;BV 和PS 值与正常组织无显著差异。结论 肝癌CT 灌注参数( HAF、BF 和MTT) 可有效的评价原发性肝癌的血流状态,具有重要的临床应用价值。 |

Objective To study the changes of perfusion parameters in multislice CT perfusion imaging of hepatocellularcarcinoma ( HCC) . Methods Dynamic CT scan with singe2location sequence was performed in 78 individuals including 70patient s with HCC and 8 cont rol subject s. The liver perfusion parameters , such as blood flow (BF) , blood volume (BV) ,meant ransit time (MTT) , permeability surface ( PS) and hepatic arterial f raction ( HAF) , were calculated. Results Com-pared HCC with cont rols , HAF and BF in HCC group increased significantly , and MTT decreased significantly. BV and PSdid not differ between the two groups. Conclusion The changes of hepatic perfusion parameters ( HAF , BF and MTT) wereof great value in evaluating the hemodynamics of HCC. |
