      目的 血管回声跟踪( ET) 技术评价动脉粥样硬化和高胆固醇血症兔腹主动脉僵硬度的研究。方法 52 只新西兰兔随机分为对照组1 、高胆固醇血症组、对照组2 和动脉粥样硬化组,以普通或高胆固醇饲养建立相应的模型。导管测量兔股动脉血压。在基础点和模型建立后,取兔左肾动脉起始部远心端约1. 5~2 cm 处的腹主动脉长轴切面, ET 技术检测动脉僵硬度。结果 动脉粥样硬化组腹主动脉弹性系数( Eρ) 和硬度指数(β) 较对照组高( P < 0. 01) ,动脉顺应性(AC) 差异无显著意义( P > 0. 05) 。高胆固醇血症组和对照组之间Eρ、β及AC 差异均无显著性意义( P > 0. 05) 。Eρ与血管舒张期内径及低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C) 呈正相关( P < 0. 05) ,β及AC 则否。Eρ、β及AC 与收缩压、舒张压、心率、血管收缩期内径、血糖( GLU) 、血清胆固醇(CH) 、血清甘油三脂( TG) 及高密度脂蛋白( HDL-C) 均不相关( P > 0. 05) 。结论 动脉粥样硬化兔模型腹主动脉僵硬度增高,高胆固醇血症兔则否。僵硬度指标中,Eρ和β敏感性较高,AC 则否。

      Objective To evaluate the stiffness of abdominal aorta in rabbits with atherosclerosis and hypercholesterolemiaby echo-tracking technique. Methods Fif ty-two rabbit s were divided into 4 groups randomly : cont rol group 1 , hypercholes-terolemia group , cont rol group 2 , and atherosclerosis group , there were 13 rabbit s in each group . The rabbit s were bredwith normal or 2 % cholesterol animal feeds according to their groups. The femoral artery blood pressure was measured withcatheter . The stiffness of abdominal aorta of every rabbit was evaluated by Echo-Tracking at the baseline and the end of thestudy. Results All the rabbits of atherosclerosis group had lipid plaques in the thoracic and abdominal aortas , and the interi-or elastic fibers board under the plagues was disrupted. Eρ(pressure-st rain elastic modulus) andβ( stiffness index) , indexesof arterial stiffness , were higher in the atherosclerosis group than those in cont rol group 2 ( P < 0. 01) , but arterial compli-ance (AC) was not ( P > 0. 05) . Eρ,βand AC were similar between hypercholesterolemia group and cont rol group 1. Eρwasrelative to diastolic diameter of artery and HDL-C positively ( P < 0. 05) , butβand AC were not . Eρ,βand AC were not rel-ative to systolic blood pressure , diastolic blood pressure , heart rate , systolic diameter of artery , blood glucose , Triglyceride( TG) , Cholesterol (CH) and HDL-C ( P > 0. 05) . Conclusion The abdominal aortas in rabbits with atherosclerosis werestiffer than normal , but that of hypercholesterinem rabbits were not . Eρ andβwere sensitive artery stiffness indexes , but AC was not .
