| 目的 探讨对比增强超声诊断肾脏外伤的价值。方法 25 例临床怀疑肾脏外伤患者分别进行常规超声和对比增强超声检查,并与手术或CT 结果进行对照。结果 25 例患者中确诊肾脏外伤18 例,常规超声检出率为77. 8 % ,对比增强超声检出为94. 5 %。结论 对比增强超声对肾脏外伤较常规超声有更高的诊断符合率,对指导临床制定治疗方案及疗效观察有重要价值。 |

| Objective To analyze the value of cont rast-enhanced ult rasonography (CEUS) in the diagnosis of kidney t rau-ma. Methods Twenty-five patient s suspected of kidney t rauma were enrolled in the study. Both conventional ult rasonogra-phy (US) and CEUS were performed , and the result s were compared with those of surgical operations or cont rast-enhancedCT. Results Eighteen cases of kidney t rauma were confirmed. The detection rate of lesions with CEUS and US were94. 5 % and 77. 8 %. Conclusion CEUS is more accurate than US in diagnosing kidney t rauma. |
