| 骨转移瘤是骨骼系统发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,早期诊断对肿瘤的分期、治疗及预后判断均有重要意义。目前对骨转移瘤的检测尚无理想的方法。在临床仍首选具有较高灵敏度的全身骨显像,辅以X 线平片、CT、MRI 等手段;进展较快的MRI 与PET 的作用必将会日益重要,但全身骨显像尤其是SPECT 仍将具有其重要性。 |

| Metastases of the skeleton are more common than primary neoplasms. Early diagnosis of bone metastasis is clin-ically important because of it s profound significance in staging, treatment and prognosis. At present , there is no ideal meth-od for detection of bone metastasis. Scintigraphy is used as the standard method , X2ray , CT and MRI as supplement s. It is considered that MRI and PET may be more significant in the future for the recent advances. However , bone scan may still have clinical significance. |
