| 目的 评价超声在锁骨下动脉(SCA) 及椎动脉(VA) 狭窄血管内支架成形术中的应用价值。方法 应用超声观察32 例患者SCA、VA 支架术后狭窄血管处支架位置、支架内及远端的收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、支架内有无血栓及再狭窄等情况,判断其疗效。结果 支架置入术后超声示狭窄处血管内径较术前明显增宽,PSV、RI 减低,100 %狭窄改善,无一例≥50 %的再狭窄发生。结论 超声是评价SCA、VA 狭窄支架成形术后疗效的首选检查方法。 |

| Objective To evaluate the role of color Doppler ult rasonography in endovascular therapy of vertebral or subcla-vian arterial stenosis with stents. Methods Thirty-two patient s with vertebral or subclavian arterial stenosis were investiga-ted by color Doppler ult rasound af ter stent t reatment. The location of stent s, peak systolic velocity ( PSV) inside and at dis-tant place of stent s were measured. Thrombosis or restenoses were noted. Results The result s of stent t reatment of symp-tomatic atherosclerotic stenosis in original segment of vertebral or subcalvian artery were satisfied. The diameter of stenostic artery increased. The PSV, RI decreased. There were not any cases of restenosis ≥50 % af ter the procedure. Conclusion Color Doppler ult rasonography is the method of first choice in assessing the therapeutic effect of vertebral or subclavian ar-tery with stent s and follow2up in the long term. |
