| 目的 探讨16 层螺旋CT 曲面重建技术(CPR) 在正常阑尾显示中的应用价值。方法 应用16 层螺旋CT 对129 位正常受试者进行检查。分别由三位熟悉阑尾CT 解剖的观察者寻找阑尾,由其中一位观察者进行曲面重建,在重建后图像上应用单层CPR 示踪阑尾,得到CPR 像。应用组内相关系数( ICC) 评价CPR 阑尾径线测量的可重复性。应用CPR与多平面重建(MPR) 图像对照及铜线模拟阑尾的方法评价CPR 上阑尾径线测量的真实性。结果 Kappa 检验结果显示不同观察者之间阑尾的检出率及CPR 图像质量评价具有极佳的一致性。CPR 显示阑尾全貌观察者之间ICC 为0. 98 ;观察者内部ICC为0.99 ,均有很好的可重复性。阑尾中部外径测量及铜线模拟阑尾实验结果显示CPR 测量具有高度的真实性。结论CPR 对阑尾全貌有很好的显示能力,并可以用于测量阑尾径线。 |

| Objective To evaluate the value of curved planar reformation (CPR) in 162slice CT of normal veriform appen-dix. Methods One hundred and twenty2nine healthy adult s were examined , the reconst ructed data were t ransferred to the workstation. Three observers who were familiar with CT anatomy of veriform appendix looked for the appendix. One ob-server t raced the appendix in multiplanar reformations (MPR) images with single2slice CPR and got the CPR images. Int ra-class correlation coefficient ( ICC) was used to estimate the reliability of measurement and f requency of visualization of appen-dixes. The validity of CPR for appendix was evaluated with copper2line simulated appendix experiment and comparison of the CPR and MPR images. Results The f requency of visualization of appendix of three observers was 93.02%,92. 25 % ,92. 25 % , respectively. 87. 6 % of appendixes were found by all the three observers. The Kappa test showed excellent relia-bility among the three observers. The int rarater ICC for quality of CPR images was 0. 98 , the interrater ICC for that was 0. 99 (P<0.05). The outer diameters of appendixes was (6. 1 ±2. 2) mm , (6.0±2.0) mm separately in CPR and MPR im-ages. No significant difference was found between the group s (P<0.05). The mean length of cooper2lines measured with vernier caliper before and af ter bending was (7.47 ±1.43) mm. The mean length of cooper2lines in CPR was(7.44±1.39)mm. There was no significant difference between the two group s (P<0.05). Conclusion CPR is good for showing the ap-pendix , and can be used in the measurement of appendix. |
