| 目的 比较腮腺导管超声生理盐水造影与X 线下泛影葡胺造影在诊断干燥综合征(SS) 中的价值。方法 选取确诊为SS 的女性16 例和非SS 女性18 例,行超声腮腺导管生理盐水造影,分别于2～7 天前行X 线下泛影葡胺造影。应用ROC 曲线评价二者对SS 的诊断效率。结果 两种方法对干燥综合征的诊断效率均较高,ROC 曲线下面积超声腮腺导管造影术为0. 85 ,X 线下腮腺导管造影术为0.87。结论 超声腮腺导管生理盐水造影可以诊断干燥综合,是X 线下泛影葡胺造影的很好的替代方法。 |

| Objective To compare the value of ult rasonographic saline sialography with X-ray cystografin sialography in the diagnosis of Sjogren's syndrome(SS). Methods Sixteen patient s with SS and 18 patient s without SS undertook ult ra-sonographic sialography , and all the patient s undertook X-ray sialography f rom 2 to 7 days before the ult rasonographic exam-ination. A ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic ability of ult rasonographic sialography and X-ray sialography. Results The ROC curve showed that both the diagnostic accuracies of ult rasonographic sialography and X-ray sialography were the same high. The areas under the ROC curve were 0.85 in ult rasonographic sialography, and 0.87 in X-ray sialography re-spectively. Conclusion Ult rasonographic sialography with saline can be used for diagnosing SS , which is a fungible method of X-ray sialography with cystografin. |
