      目的 通过比较MRI Fast SPGR 序列单层扫描与连续动态扫描所示阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS) 病人上气道图像,评价单层扫描在OSAS 检查中的应用价值。方法 对18 例OSAS 病人应用磁共振行上气道Fast SPGR 序列单层扫描及连续动态扫描,对两种检查方法影像资料中的上气道阻塞部位及咽腔截面积进行比较。结果 两种检查方法所示阻塞部位及相应咽腔截面积均无明显差别。结论 Fast SPGR 单层扫描能真实反映OSAS 病人呼吸暂停时上气道阻塞部位,是连续动态扫描的补充检查方法。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the application value of single slice scan in patient s with obst ructive sleep apnea syn-drome (OSAS) when comparing the images between fast SPGR single slice scan and continuous dynamic scan. Methods Eighteen cases of OSAS patient s were examined by Fast SPGR single slice scan and continuous dynamic scan. The obst ruc-tive sites and the cross-sectional areas of upper airway were compared between the two methods. Results The differences of the obst ructive sites and the cross-sectional areas of upper airway between the two scan methods were insignificant . Conclu-sion Fast SPGR single slice scan can accurately reflect the obst ructive sites of upper airway when the breath breaks off and is the complementary method of continuous dynamic scan.
