      目的 研究MR 对离体肝脏体积测量的准确度及其在劈离式肝移植中的应用价值。方法 实验犬新鲜肝15例,于0~4 ℃保存液中行MR 扫描。MR 检查包括3D T1、T2 压脂序列,在ADW 4.0工作站上用Volume Analysis 软件测量肝体积。结果 MR 测量体积平均值为(394. 50 ±88.62) cm3 ,与实际体积(384.7499±86.1520)cm3 相比,测量误差平均2. 44 % ,两种方法存在显著差异(P<0.01) ,但在测量误差允许范围内,且高度直线相关,相关系数r= 0.9991 (P<0.001) 。结论 MR 可在保存液中测量离体肝脏体积,且具有较高准确性,对于劈离式肝移植有重要的应用价值。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate a method of using MR to accurately measure the volume of vit ro conserved liver, and it svalue for liver t ransplantation. Methods Fif teen canine livers in 0~4 ℃conservation solution were scanned using 1. 5T MRIsystems. The cardiac coil and high performance gradient s were selected. The 32dimensional T1 and fat suppression T2 se-quences were performed. The liver volume calculated in ADW 4.0 workstation by using the sof tware of Volume Analysiswas compared with the actual liver volume measured by water replacement method. Results Liver volume measured by MRand by water replacement were (394. 50 ±88. 62) cm3 and (384. 7499 ±86. 15) cm3 respectively. The comparison by meansof linear regression analysis between these two groups showed a nearly canonical correlation coefficient (r= 0.9991 ,P<0.001) . There was a statistically significant difference (P< 0. 01) between the two groups analyzed by paired t-test. But the difference was acceptable with a mean measurement error of 2.44 %. Conclusion MR can accurately measure the volume of conserved excised liver.
