目的 明确Wistar 大鼠肝脏声像图表现,探讨大鼠肝脏在超声医学实验研究中的应用。方法 Wistar 大鼠40只,利用高频探头观察肝脏二维图像;将大鼠随机分为2 组,每组20 只,超声监视下经皮将美蓝溶液(0.05~0.1ml/ 只) 注入肝左外叶(组1) 或右侧各分叶(组2);尾静脉团注超声造影剂观察肝脏造影过程;处死动物,检查肝叶间有无美蓝溶液渗出;摘除肝脏,测量各分叶。结果 在高频探头下隐约可见大鼠肝脏各叶的纤细分界;组1 无美蓝渗出,组2有5例发生渗出;所有病例可清晰显示肝脏微泡造影的动脉相、门静脉相和延迟相。结论 高频探头可以区分Wistar 大鼠肝脏的部分分叶,肝左外叶易于在超声下辨认,对之进行穿刺操作时,不易发生刺透现象;大鼠肝脏可用于微泡造影剂成像等超声实验研究,但其动脉相和门静脉相持续时间短,针对这两个时相的研究可能会受到一定的影响。 |

Objective To confirm the ult rasound findings of the liver in normal Wistar rat s and explore it s'application in ul-t rasonic experiment s. Methods Forty adult Wistar rat s weighted about 200 g were studied. Two-dimensional ult rasoundwith high f requency scan head and CDFI were used to detect the liver of rat s af ter anesthesia. The rat s were randomly divid-ed into 2 group s. Methylene blue about 0.05-0.1 ml were injected into lef t exterior hepatic lobe of rat s in group 1 and righthepatic lobes in group 2 individually ; Pulse inversion harmonic imaging was used to evaluate the process of enhancement ofliver af ter bolus injection of ult rasonic cont rast agent (0.05 ml/ 200 g) through caudal vein ; The rat s were then killed and ex-amined if there were leaking out of methylene blue between hepatic lobes ; The size of each lobes was also studied with slidegauge. Results The liver of Wistar rat s contains 6 lobes:lef t exterior lobe , lef t interior lobe , median lobe , right lobe , cau-date lobe and papillary lobe ; There was not leaking out of methylene blue in cases of group 1 , while 5/ 20 cases were found leaking out in group 2 ; Hepatic artery stage, portal vein stage and balance stage last for 2-4 s ,3-8s and 3-5 min indi-vidually could be seen clearly during cont rast enhancement of liver in all the cases. Conclusion High2f requency ult rasonogra-phy can be used to discern parts of hepatic lobes in Wistar rat s. Lef t exterior lobe was easily identified on ult rasound ima-ging. Penet ration seldom happened during puncture operations on lef t exterior lobe; The liver of rat s could be used in experi-ment of cont rast enhancement imaging. While , the relatively short duration of artery stage and portal vein stage may limit the use of Wistar rats in the experiment of hepatic tumor cont rast enhancement to some extent . |
