      目的 研究内容记忆和来源记忆的脑区激活情况,验证单加工和双加工模型的可靠性。方法 16 位正常成人。实验材料为504 个高频的汉字双字词。任务分四种(学习、对照、内容记忆和来源记忆任务) ,采用学习-任务-学习-任务设计。利用GE1.5 T Signa Horizon LX成像系统采集脑部fMRI 数据,通过SPM99 软件对fMRI 数据进行分析。结果 内容记忆和来源记忆均引起双前额中回(BA6) 激活。相对于来源记忆,内容记忆较多引起右前额中回(BA46) 和右侧海马激活;相对于内容记忆,来源记忆较多引起左前额额中回(BA10) 和左侧海马激活。另在来源记忆中,前扣带回(BA32/24) ,双前额叶下部(BA44/45) 和小脑激活较内容记忆明显。结论 内容记忆和来源记忆均引起双前额中回激活,但前者较多引起右前额中回激活,而后者较多引起左前额中回激活。内容记忆引起右侧海马激活,而来源记忆引起左侧海马激活。

      Objective To study brain activation caused by item memory and source memory, and to verify the feasibility ofsingle process and dual process models. Methods Sixteen neurologically intact right2handed native Chinese speakers aged 22-26 years were involved in this study. 504 high2f requency Chinese double-character phrases were used. The tasks were sub-divided into four kinds including study , cont rol , item memory and source memory. Participant s were scanned during per-formance of tasks with the order : study-test-study-test. The fMRI data were collected on a GE 1. 5T Signa Horizon LX MRIsystem and analyzed by statistical paramet ric mapping software (SPM). Results Both item memory and source memory ac-tivated middle pref rontal cortex (BA6) . However , item memory was more likely to cause the activation of right middle pre-f rontal cortex (BA46) and right hippocampus and source memory is more likely to cause the activation of lef t middle pref ron-tal cortex (BA10) and lef t hippocampus. Relative to item memory , greater activation was found in anterior cingulate cortex(BA32/24), bilateral inferior pref rontal gyrus(BA44/45) and cerebellum during the source memory. Conclusion Both itemmemory and source memory could cause activation of bilateral middle pref rontal cortex. Item memory was mainly associatedwith right middle pref rontal cortex, while source memory was mainly associated with left middle pref rontal cortex. Itemmemory att racted right hippocampus activity, source memory att racted lef t hippocampus activity.
