目的 用fMRI 探讨计算时人脑的活动情况。方法 对18 例正常青年受试者进行简单及复杂任务的fMRI 扫描,采用SPM2 软件进行数据分析和脑功能区定位。结果 简单及复杂计算主要可见额前区、顶叶、小脑及枕叶的激活,复杂计算时激活的面积明显增大。结论 额前区及顶叶是计算任务的主要部位,随着计算难度的增加,需要更多的脑功能区参与。 |

Objective To explore the activation areas of the brain in calculation with functional MRI. Methods FunctionalMR images were acquired in 18 healthy young subject s when they received simple calculation and complex calculation experi-ment. SPM2 was used to process data and localize functional areas of brain. Results Pref rontal cortex , parietal lobe, cere-bellum and occipital lobe were activated during simple calculation and complex calculation task. The activated area was largerin complex calculation task than that in simple one. Conclusion Pref rontal cortex and parietal lobe are dominating area incalculation task. With the increase of difficulty , more functional region should take part in the completion of the task. |
