| 目的 应用超声研究类风湿性关节炎(RA)病人膝关节滑膜的病变。方法 通过高频超声及彩色多普勒超声对RA病例组(40例)与正常对照组(45例)的滑膜厚度进行对比观察,对RA组治疗前后滑膜厚度、滑膜彩色血流分级、阻力指数(RI)进行对比观察,并选取实验室资料C-反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)与滑膜厚度、滑膜彩色血流分级做相关分析。结果 RA组治疗前较对照组滑膜增厚 ,RA组治疗后髌上囊液体及滑膜厚度较治疗前变薄 ,滑膜动脉血流信号减少,RI增高 。对于RA |

| Objective To study the synovial lesions of knee joint of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with ultrasound. Methods RA group (40 cases) and control group (45 cases) were examined by high-frequency and color Doppler ultrasound in synovial thickness. The thickness, color flow grading, resistance index (RI) of synovium of RA group were evaluated before and after therapy. The correlations between thickness, color flow grading of synovium and CRP/ESR were also analyzed. Results The synovium in RA group before therapeutics were thicker than that in control group ( mm vs mm). The thickness of synovium declined ( mm vs mm), color flow of synovium lowered, and RI rose up ( vs ) after therapy. Varying correlations were manifested between thickness of synovium, color flow grading of synovium and ESR/CRP in RA group. Conclusion Ultrasonography is valuable in detecting synovial lesions, therapeutic evaluation and activity judging of RA. |
