| 活体肾移植在目前肾移植的领域中占有重要位置,并且发展迅速,但是对手术的要求较高。因而,利用多层螺旋CT对肾脏活体供体进行术前评价,包括对供肾的形态、功能及血管分布的描述对手术的顺利进行有着重要的指导作用。 |

| Although renal transplantation with living donor plays an important role in this domain, it needs a higher quality of surgery than that with cadaver. Therefore, it is necessary for preoperative evaluation of living renal donors with multi-slice spiral CT angiography, including the morphology and function of the kidney as well as the distribution of the blood vessels. |
