| 目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断卵巢内膜样囊肿的准确性。方法 对入院后经阴道彩超诊断为卵巢内膜样囊肿的515例共613个囊肿(其中98例为双侧囊肿)进行研究,随诊其术后病理诊断,并与术前超声结果对照比较。结果 术后病理证实为内膜样囊肿共572个,其余41个为其他囊肿。经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断卵巢内膜样囊肿的准确性为93.3％。结论 经阴道彩色多普勒超声有助于诊断卵巢内膜样囊肿,囊肿内壁回声及其血流情况对鉴别诊断有一定价值。 |

| Objective To evaluate the accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of ovarian endometrial cysts. Methods Five hundred and fifteen cases of ovarian endometrial cysts (total of 613 cysts) diagnosed by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound were studied, and the ultrasonic features were compared with the histological Results of those cysts. Results Five hundred and seventy-two cysts were diagnosed histologically endometrial cysts, 41 cysts with other histology. The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was 93.3%. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was considered a helpful method in diagnosing endometrial cysts. With very careful identification of cystic wall and blood flow distribution, it would be helpful to differentiate the ovarian endometrial cysts from other diseases. |
