| 目的 探讨三维能量多普勒超声在胎儿心血管检查中的价值。方法 对54例正常的胎儿心脏，在显示胎儿循环的单一的二维切面基础上行三维能量多普勒超声成像。结果 54例均可以在多切面显示胎儿心血管连接及其比邻关系，包括下腔静脉-右房连接，脐静脉-下腔静脉连接，动脉弓，肺静脉-左房连接。结论 三维能量多普勒超声可以立体直观地显示胎儿心脏及血管连接，能够改善和补充二维胎儿超声心动图。 |

| Objective To detect the value of three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasonography (3D PDU) in cardiovascular imaging of the fetus. Methods Fifty-four fetuses with normal fetal echocardiography were observed by 3D PDU. All images were recorded and analyzed. Results 3D PDU showed the fetal cardiovascular connections, including inferior vena cava to right atrium, umbilical vein to inferior vena cave, arches, pulmonary veins to left atrium. Conclusion 3D PDU can directly view the cardiovascular images and the connections of vessels of the fetus, and be a supplementary of fetal 2D echocardiography. |
