| 目的 观察掌跖脓疱病性关节炎的影像学表现。方法 回顾性分析6 例掌跖脓疱病患者所伴随的关节病变影像学特征。6 例患者均有胸锁关节肿痛、腰背疼痛和手足脓疱疹,无小关节受累及关节外表现; HLA-B27 均为阴性。结果 2 例CT 示:胸锁关节增生、硬化;6 例骶髂关节CT 检查均未发现骶髂关节炎。结论 胸锁关节肿痛及腰背疼痛是掌跖脓疱病性关节炎的主要表现,CT 显示的胸锁关节增生硬化性改变和无骶髂关节炎是本病的影像学特征 |

| Objective To better understand the radiological manifestation of arthroosteitis in pustulosis palmaris et plantaris. Methods The clinical and radiological manifestation of 6 patient s with arthroosteitis in pustulosis palmaris et plantariswere ret rospectively analyzed. Among 6 patients , the average disease duration was 39 months. The pustulosis palmaris etplantaris and the sternoclavicular arthritis and spinal pain were simultaneously observed in 6 patients. No involvement ofsmall joint s and ext ra2articular features such as enthesopathy and uveitis were found. HLA-B27 was negative in all patients.Results No sacroiliitis was found on CT of sacroiliac joint . The hyperplasia and ossification of sternoclavicular joint wasshowed on CT. The unilateral ossified ligament was observed on spinal X-ray. Conclusion The sternoclavicular arthritis andspinal pain were main features of arthroosteitis in pustulosis palmaris et plantaris. The ossification of sternoclavicular jointand no sacroiliitis on CT were specific features in this disease. |
