      目的 寻求无创性评估肺血管发育的新指标。方法 超声心动图采集肺静脉血流频谱,测量Si + Di , SF , Tc等参数;与术后情况进行相关分析。结果 Tc 与ICU 监护时间,呼吸机维持时间,正性肌力药物剂量相关性最高,Si + Di与术后情况相关性较好, SF 与术后情况轻微相关。结论 Tc 是无创性评估肺血管发育及肺血流情况的良好指标,能为外科手术方案的选择提供有效依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective  To investigate a new noninvasive method in estimating development of pulmonary vessels. Methods Parameters of Si + Di , SF and Tc in pulmonary venous flow pattern were collected by echocardiography. The correlationbetween parameters of pulmonary venous flow and postoperative outcome was analyzed. Results  The time of stay in ICU ,duration of mechanical ventilation , dose of inotropic drugs were the best correlated with Tc. Si + Di was relatively well andSF was mildly correlated with postoperative outcome. Conclusion  Tc is a valuable indicator for noninvasive evaluating thedevelopment status of pulmonary vessels , which is very helpful in surgical planning.
