| PET/CT实现了PET与CT的同机图像融合,一次扫描即可获得组织功能与解剖两方面的信息,因此在肿瘤的诊断与分期、疗效监测、指导活检和介入治疗以及改进放疗计划等方面具有广阔的应用前景。但PET/CT在应用中仍然存在着一些亟待解决的问题,如呼吸伪影、造影剂所致伪影等。 |

| PET facilitated the evaluation of metabolic characteristics of a wide variety of cancers, but was limited in its ability to visualize anatomical structures. CT facilitated the evaluation of anatomical structures of cancers, but can not visualize their metabolic aspects. PET/CT fulfilled fusion of PET and CT images, so can provide metabolic aspects of disease with anatomical findings, adding further information to the diagnosis and staging of tumors. It also can be used in treatment monitoring of tumors, improvement of biopsy, interventional and radiotherapy planning on oncology. There are some problems in clinical practice of PET/CT, such as breath-induced or contrast material-induced artifacts that need to be resolved in the future. |
