      目的 初步探讨色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎(PVNS)的超声表现。方法 21例PVNS患者均经手术和病理证实,着重总结PVNS的超声影像学特点。结果 PVNS的超声影像学特点:①病变关节均可见不同程度的关节积液;②均可见滑膜增厚并有结节状隆起或互相形成较大肿块,隆起的结节为低回声、等回声或高回声,结节表面不光滑;③增生的滑膜内均可见丰富血流信号;④部分患者关节腔内结节表面可见绒毛样突起;⑤部分患者可显示骨质侵蚀性改变。结论 超声检查在PVNS诊断中有较高的应用价值,可作为PVNS首选检查方法之一。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in diagnosing the pigmented villonodular synovitis (PVNS). Methods The ultrasonographic features of 21 surgically and pathologically proven PVNS were analyzed. Results In all the cases, the joint effusion and synovium proliferation were found in the joints. Sonograms revealed the nodular masses with hyperechogenicity, medium echo and hypoechogenicity, and the surface of the nodus was not smooth. The extensive blood signal could be detected in the proliferation synovium. In some cases, the villonodular protuberance on the surface of the nodus and the destruction of the bone and cartilage could be found. Conclusion Ultrasonography can act as a routine examination technique in the diagnosis of the PVNS.
