| 目的 评价超声心动图在儿童患者室间隔缺损(VSD)堵闭术中的作用。方法 154例VSD患儿,男81例,女73例,年龄2~15岁,平均5.3岁。选用Amplatzer封堵器,经导管介入治疗。超声心动图在术前、术中及术后进行诊断、监测、评价疗效和随访。结果 VSD均为膜周型,其中膜周向流出道部延伸的有109例,膜周向流入道部延伸的有34例,膜周向小梁部延伸的有11例。室间隔缺损伴膜部瘤46例。135例在超声的指导下即刻成功堵闭,成功率88%。术后超声复查,封堵处无左向右残余分流,无血栓形成,主动脉瓣及三尖瓣口无血液反流。结论 超声心动图在介入治疗VSD中起着极其重要的作用。 |

| Objective To evaluate the role of echocardiography in transcatheter occlusion of perimembranous ventricular septal defect (VSD). Methods A total of 154 patients (81 male and 73 female, aged 2-15, mean 5.3 years old) with perimembranous VSD were examined by transthoracic echocardiography before, during and after occlusion. Transcatheter occlusion of perimembranous VSD was performed with Amplatzer device. Results Among the 154 cases, 109 cases were with outlet extension, 34 cases were with inlet extension, 11 cases were with trabecular extension, and 46 cases were with membranous aneurysm. The successful rate was 88% (135/154). There were no residual shunts after the operation. No aortic or tricuspid regurgitation or thrombus occurred in these patients. Conclusion Echocardiography plays an important role in transcatheter occlusion of perimembranous VSD. |
