目的 探讨多体素2D 1H-MRS的多种氨基酸峰测定在脑脓肿与坏死囊变性脑肿瘤鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 对经手术病理证实的12例脑脓肿和25例坏死囊变性脑肿瘤,在术前行常规MRI检查及多体素2D 1H-MRS分析,分析脑脓肿与坏死囊变性脑肿瘤病灶区的多种氨基酸峰出现情况。结果 12例脑脓肿病例中10例病灶区可见分布各异的多种氨基酸峰包括0.9 ppm AA峰(缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸)、Ala峰(苯丙氨酸)以及Gly峰(甘氨酸),而所有坏死囊变性脑肿瘤病灶区均未见上述代谢产物峰。结论 多体素2D 1H-MRS的多种氨基酸峰测定,在脑脓肿与坏死囊变性脑肿瘤鉴别诊断中具有重要价值。 |

Objective To explore the value of amino acids determined at Multivoxel 2D 1H MR spectroscopy in differentiation between brain abscess and necrotic or cystic brain tumours. Methods Thirty-seven patients with histologically proved (12 patients with abscess and 25 patients with brain tumours) were examined before operations using conventional MRI and Multivoxel two dimensional (2D ) 1H-MRS, amino acids acids were analyzed in these patients. Results Amino acids were identified in 10 of 12 brain abscess, but none in necrotic or cystic brain tumours. Conclusion Amino acids concentrations determined at Multivoxel 2D 1H MR spectroscopy play an important role in differentiation between brain abscess and necrotic or cystic brain tumours. |
