| The new technologies of MRI include in/opposed-phase imaging (IP/OP), diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), perfusion-weighted imaging (PWI) and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI). The applications of these new technologies have high values in differentiating malignant from benign lesions of vertebrae. They are helpful for monitoring the changes of malignant lesions after chemotherapy and radiotherapy. |
