      目的 研究提升格式的CDF9/7小波变换和零树编码对X线医学图像的压缩性能。方法 分别用基于提升格式CDF9/7小波变换的压缩方法和JPEG标准对X线医学图像进行压缩,包括乳腺钼靶图像、计算机摄影图像和计算机断层图像,压缩比从 3∶1到40∶1。用主观和客观方法评价压缩图像质量。结果 与JPEG标准相比,本文的方法能够获得更好的图像质量和更高的压缩比;与基于Mallat算法的常规CDF9/7小波变换编码相比,提升格式的CDF9/7小波变换和零树编码可减少图像压缩的计算时间。结论 本文提出的基于提升格式的CDF9/7小波变换和零树编码的医学图像压缩方法,可满足X线医学图像存储和传输的要求,并符合DICOM 3.0支持的最新的JPEG 2000图像压缩标准。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the effect of using lossy compression based on lifting scheme CDF9/7 wavelet transform and zerotree encoding for X-ray medical images. Methods X-ray medical images, including Mammography, Computed radiography and CT were compressed from 3∶1 to 40∶1 levels by using a lifting scheme CDF9/7 wavelet-based method and JPEG standard, respectively. The quality of image compression was evaluated by subjective and Objective methods. Results Compared with JPEG,the method used in the paper could achieve better image quality and higher compression ratio. Compared with conventional CDF9/7 wavelet transform based on Mallat algorithm, The lifting scheme CDF9/7 wavelet transform and zerotree encoding could reduce the computational time of image compression. Conclusion The method used in the paper can face the needs of medical images in communications, at the same time, it answers for new standard of JPEG 2000 image compression at present supported by DICOM 3.0.
