| 目的 利用多层螺旋CT对胰腺癌血管侵犯程度做出准确评价。方法 对40例胰腺癌患者行多层螺旋CT双期扫描,结合利用其Inspace及MPR多方位成像技术对胰周血管侵犯的程度做出评价。结果 利用多层螺旋CT技术准确的显示胰腺癌血管侵犯程度,并对肿瘤的可切除性做出判断,其结果与手术及临床相一致。结论 多层螺旋CT能够准确的评价胰腺癌血管侵犯程度,对肿瘤可切除性的评估及手术方案的制定具有很高的价值。 |

| Objective To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) in detecting the vascular invasion of pancreatic cancer. Methods Forty patients of pancreatic cancer underwent dual-phase MSCT scanning. Multi-direction MPR images and In-space images were performed to assess peripancreatic blood vessels. Results MSCT displayed the degree of vascular invasion in pancreatic cancer exactly. Conclusion MSCT can assess the grading scale of vascular invasion in pancreatic cancer exactly, and has high value in determination of tumor resectability and planning surgery. |
