| 目的 探讨下肢静脉病变顺行造影X线表现与病理改变的关系。方法 回顾性分析132例(211侧)下肢静脉病变顺行造影X线表现。结果 原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜关闭不全118侧,交通静脉瓣膜关闭不全23侧,单纯性瓣膜关闭不全16侧,血栓形成18侧,静脉血管狭窄、管壁毛糙17侧,静脉瘤或弥漫性血管湖12侧,先天性下肢静脉发育异常7侧。结论 下肢静脉病变顺行造影能为临床诊断或治疗提供非常有价值的影像学依据。 |

| Objective To study the relation of the X-ray manifestations with pathology on ascending venography of the lower limb's diseases. Methods The X-ray appearance of ascending venogaphy in 132 cases (211 sides) of lower limb's diseases were reviewed retrospectively. Results The primary deep venous valvular inadequacy 118 sides,the traffic venous valvular inadequacy 23 sides, the simple venous valvular inadequacy 16 sides, the thrombosis 18 sides, the venous stenosis, tube wall crude 17 sides, the phlebangioma 12 sides, the congenital dysplasia 7 sides. Conclusion The ascending venography of the lower limb's diseases can provide very valuable images for the clincal diagnosis or treatment. |
