| 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断睾丸肿瘤的临床价值。方法 连续选择泌尿外科疑诊睾丸肿瘤患者55例进行彩色多普勒超声检查,后经病理确诊35例。观察分析其二维声像图、彩色能量图及脉冲多普勒频谱特征。结果 超声诊断睾丸肿瘤的总敏感性97.1％,特异性90.0％,准确性94.5％。结论 彩色多普勒超声在诊断睾丸肿瘤方面有很高的临床价值。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in the diagnosis of testicular tumors. Methods Total of 55 patients suspected of testicular tumors from urology surgery were consecutively studied by CDFI. Thirty-five patients with testicular tumors were confirmed with the pathologic diagnosis finally. The characteristics of the two-dimensional echogram, the color Doppler energy and pulsed-wave Doppler ultrasound were studied. Results The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in diagnosis of testicular tumors by CDFI were 97.1%, 90.0% and 94.5% respectively. Conclusion CDFI plays a very important role in the diagnosis of testicular tumors. |
