| 目的 分析正常成人前列腺外周带MRI信号强度与年龄的相关性。方法 33例正常成人,根据年龄的不同分为3个组(15~30岁,31~50岁,50岁以上),测量其前列腺外周带信号和膀胱内尿液信号强度,计算出前列腺外周带的相对信号强度,并对各年龄组信号强度差异进行统计学分析,然后与年龄进行相关性分析。 结果 各组间外周带T2信号强度具有显著性差异(F＝30.474,P<0.001),与年龄之间呈正相关关系(r＝0.861,P<0.001),具有统计学意义;各组间T1信号强度差异无统计学意义(F＝0.082,P＝0.921)。结论 正常成人前列腺外周带T2信号强度与年龄相关,年龄越大信号越高,T1信号强度随年龄改变则不明显。 |

| Objective To evaluate the correlation between signal intensity on prostate peripheral zone and age in normal adults. Methods Thirty-three normal adults were divided into three groups by age.The signal intensity of the prostate peripheral zone and urine were measured in each group. Then the relative signal intensity of peripheral zone was computed. Correlations between the T1/T2 signal intensity and age were analyzed. Results Positive correlation was found between the T2 signal intensity and age (r=0.861, P<0.001), and statistically significant difference was detected among three groups (F=30.474, P<0.001). No statistically significant difference was found among three groups' T1 signal intensity (F=0.082, P=0.921). Conclusion The T2 signal intensity on peripheral zone in adult normal prostate increases with age. |
