      目的 通过对良恶性软组织肿瘤MR灌注成像各种参数之间的相关性研究,阐明MRI各灌注参数对鉴别良恶性软组织肿瘤临床意义。方法 27例软组织肿瘤患者行MR-PWI,采用GRE-EPI-T2*WI序列成像,取肿瘤T1WI增强最显著的部分为感兴趣区(ROI)得到时间-信号曲线、血容量(BV)、平均通过时间(MTT)、血流量(BF)以及最大下降斜率(MSD)、最大上升斜率(MSI)值,应用SPSS 10.0统计分析软件对良恶性软组织肿瘤的MR灌注各参数值进行统计学分析。结果 良恶性软组织肿瘤间的BV、BF、MSD间均有显著性差异(P<0.05),MTT、MSI之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 恶性肿瘤微血管数量丰富,肿瘤血管血流灌注量较良性肿瘤大,有助于良恶性软组织肿瘤间的鉴别。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the correlation between parameters and obtained from magnetic resonance perfusion weighted imaging (MR PWI) of benign and malignant soft tissue tumors, illustrate the clinical significance of each MR perfusion parameter in discriminating benign tumors from malignant ones. Methods Twenty-seven patients underwent MR PWI and GRE-EPI-T2*WI technique was used, we consider the most obvious T1WI enhancement of tumors as region of interest to obtain blood volume (BV), mean transit time (MTT), and maximal slope descending (MSD), maximal slope increasing (MSI) from time-intensity curve (TIC). SPSS (ver 10.0) software was used to analyze all parameters of benign and malignant soft tissue tumors. Results There was significant difference between benign and malignant tumors of BV, BF and MSD (P<0.05),but no significant difference could be found between MTT and MSI (P>0.05). Conclusion BV, BF and MSD of malignant tumors are higher than those of benign ones becease of plenty of microvessels and higher blood flow perfusion in malignant tumors than in benign ones. This is helpful in distinguishing malignant tumors from benign ones.
