| 目的 观察16层螺旋CT诊断胃癌的价值。方法 对50例胃癌患者在空腹、低张和胃充气状态下行16层螺旋CT扫描,利用原始的横断面扫描数据进行多平面重建及仿真内镜成像,观察病变及其周围情况,并与手术病理进行对照。结果 16层螺旋CT对胃部病灶发现率100%,对早期和进展期胃癌诊断准确率分别为66.67％和100％,对胃周浸润和淋巴结转移准确率分别为100％和75.00％。结论 检查方法适宜时,16层螺旋CT可提高早期胃癌的发现率,对进展期胃癌和胃周浸润的诊断十分可靠。 |

| Objective To summarize the examine technique and preliminary experience of gastric carcinoma diagnosis with 16-slice spiral CT. Methods Fifty patients with gastric cancer were accepted helical CT scanning while their stomachs were emptying, hypotonic and air-filling. After helical data acquisition, multiplanar reconstruction and virtual endoscopy were performed for viewing the lesions and peripheral infiltration. The preoperative CT and postoperative pathology were respectively correlated. Results CT detection rate of gastric lesions was 100%. CT diagnostic accuracy of gastric cancer in early and advanced stages were 66.67% and 100%, respectively. The accuracy of peripheral infiltration and regional lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinomas were 100% and 75.00%, respectively. Conclusion Under the prerequisite of proper CT examine technique, 16 slices spiral CT can improve the finding rate of early gastric cancers. For the diagnosis of advanced gastric carcinoma and peripheral infiltration,16-slice spiral CT is reliable. |
