| 目的 分析原发性小肠肿瘤的X线及CT表现,探讨其诊断价值。方法 回顾分析经手术病理证实的原发性小肠肿瘤28例的临床资料和小肠钡剂造影及CT表现。28例均行数字化小肠气钡追踪造影,2例行小肠灌肠造影,7例行多层螺旋CT扫描。结果 原发性小肠肿瘤小肠气钡造影表现包括充盈缺损、管腔狭窄、黏膜破坏或受压、管壁僵硬、龛影、肠梗阻或肠套叠。CT扫描表现为软组织块影、管壁增厚及肠管受压或狭窄。结论 原发性小肠肿瘤X线表现具有一定特征,结合临床表现可明确诊断,与CT检查相结合可提高诊断率。 小肠; 原发性肿瘤; X线; 体层摄影术,X线计算机 |

| Objective To analyze X-ray and CT findings of primary small intestinal tumors. Methods CT and X-ray findings of 28 cases of primary small intestinal tumors confirmed surgically and pathologically were analyzed retrospectively. Digital air-barium double contrast examination of intestinal follow through was performed in 28 cases, small bowel enema was done in 2 cases and MSCT scan in 7 cases. Results X-ray findings of primary small intestinal tumors included filling defect, enterostenosis, destruction or compression of mucosol folds, stiffness of intestinal wall, ulcer crater, intestinal obstruction or intussusception. CT showed soft tissue mass thickening of intestinal wall and compression or stenosis of intestinal canal. Common clinical manifestations consisted of hemorrhage of digestive tract and irregular abdominal pain. Conclusion Certain X-ray characteristics of primary small intestinal tumors are noted. Definite diagnosis can be made combining clinical manifestations with imaging findings. CT scan is greatly helpful for the diagnosis. |
