目的 评价多层螺旋CT仿真支气管镜(VB)在中央型肺癌诊断中的价值。方法 对45例中央型肺癌患者行MSCT检查后进行VB成像,并与同期纤维支气管镜检查(FBS)结果进行对照。结果 本组CTVB与FBS所见一致性达93.3%。CTVB可清楚显示腔内型病变大小、形态、部位,浸润型及腔外型病变管腔狭窄程度,结合其他三维重建技术亦可显示病变的侵犯范围。结论 多层螺旋CTVB能准确地显示中央型肺癌病变位置、大小及支气管狭窄程度。 |

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of multi-slice helical CT virtual bronchoscopy (VB) in the diagnosis of centrally located lung cancer. Methods Forty-five patients with central lung cancer were examined by multi-slice helical CT virtual bronchoscopy, and fibrobronchoscope (FBS), and the Results were compared. Results The consistency of findings between VB and FBS was up to 93.3%. CTVB could clearly show the size, morpha and location of endoluminal tumor and the degree of bronchial stenosis with infiltrative or extraluminal tumor. Associated with multiplanar reformat, CTVB could demonstrate extraluminal invasion of the tumor. Conclusion Multi-slice helical CT virtual bronchoscopy can accurately show the location, size and degree of bronchial stenosis in central lung cancer. |
