| 目的 探讨消化道造影和CT对原发性十二指肠恶性间质瘤的诊断价值。方法 回顾分析17例经手术病理证实的原发性十二指肠恶性间质瘤的临床及影像资料。结果 钡餐造影表现为黏膜变平或破坏,管腔狭窄。CT表现为肠不规则肿块,增强扫描肿块不均匀强化。结论 消化道造影和CT是诊断本病的主要影像学方法。 |

| Objective To investigate the imaging diagnostic value in the primary malignant stromal tumors of duodenum. Methods Findings on gastrointestinal barium sulfate study and CT in 17 patients with duodenal malignant stromal tumors confirmed surgically and pathologically were retrospectively analyzed. Results The mucosa was flattened and destructed, and local lumen was narrowed on barium radiographs. Irregular protrusions out of the lumen and markedly inhomogeneous enhancement showed on CT imaging. Conclusion Gastrointestinal barium study and CT examination were the main imaging technique to demonstrate the lesions of the primary malignant stromal tumors of the duodenum. |
