| 目的 探讨肝内假性病变的影像表现及其血供特点。方法 回顾性分析35例经临床证实的肝脏假性病变的CT影像特点,并根据所在部位及其血供特点将假性病变归类。结果 35例共48处肝内假性病变,按出现部位及表现可分为5类:①胆管旁静脉丛引起的假性病变20处。②胆囊静脉丛引起的假性病变6处。③镰状韧带旁静脉引起的假性病变7处。④肝包膜血管引起的假性病变10处。⑤肝内小动静脉开放引起的假性病变5处。结论 肝内假性病变的形成与肝内血供密切相关,在特定的部位可形成较特异的CT影像表现。认识假性病变的影像表现,有助于进一步提高肝脏病变的正确诊断率。 |

| Objective To study the CT features of pseudolesions in liver,and to discuss the relationship between the blood supply features and pseudolesions. Methods The CT images of 35 patients with hapatic pseudolesions were analyzed retrospectively. Results Forty-eight lesions found in 45 cases were divided into five groups according to the different causes: parabiliary venous (n=20), cholecystic venous (n=6), ligamentum tere venous (n=7), hepatic capsular vessels (n=10) and A-V shunt of small hepatic vessels (n=5). Conclusion The liver pseudolesions have close correlation with blood supply. The characteristic image can specifically reflect its blood supply. Recognition of CT images of pseudolesions will be helpful in promoting the accurate diagnosis. |
