| 目的 探讨高血压患者颈动脉与左心室功能改变的相关性。方法 对78例原发性高血压患者和30例正常人,采用高频超声检测颈动脉扩张性、顺应性及血流参数作为颈动脉缓冲功能的指标,与超声心动图检测的左室功能作对照研究。结果 高血压患者的颈动脉收缩末管径、舒张末管径和血流阻力指数均有增大,颈动脉扩张性及顺应性明显降低,并且与二尖瓣血流E/A比值及二尖瓣环运动e/a比值密切相关。结论 高血压患者颈动脉缓冲功能的改变与左室舒张功能降低密切相关。 |

| Objective To investigate the changes of the function of carotid artery and left ventricular and their correlation in hypertensive patients. Methods Seventy-eight patients with essential hypertension and 30 healthy controls were studied. All of carotid buffering function, carotid distensibitity (CD), compliance (CC) and flow parameter measured with high-frequency ultrasonography were compared with left ventricular function assessed by echocardiogrphy. Results The carotid systolic diameter (Ds), diastolic diameter (Dd) and resistance index (RI) showed an increase in hypertension patients, while the CD and CC showed significant decrease in hypertension patients. The CD and CC had close relationship with mitral inflow velocity E/A ratio and mitral annular velocity e/a ratio. Conclusion The changes of buffering function of carotid artery have close relationship with left ventricular diastolic function in hypertension patients. |
