| 目的 探讨肺部韦格氏肉芽肿的CT表现和误诊原因。方法 回顾性分析经病理和临床综合资料证实的12例肺部韦格氏肉芽肿患者胸部X线和CT表现。结果 3例表现为肺部孤立性结节或肿块,其中1例出现坏死性空洞;5例为肺部的多发性结节和空洞;1例表现为大片实变影;2例为斑片样渗出性病变,1例渗出和间质性病变同时存在。结论 肺部韦格氏肉芽肿的CT表现缺乏特异性,结合临床资料综合分析可减少误诊。 |

| Objective To characterize CT findings of pulmonary Wegener's granulomatosis, and to analyze misdiagnosing causes. Methods Twelve patients, 7 males, 5 females, aged 15-56 (mean 41.6) years with histopathologically and clinically proved pulmonary Wegener's granulomatosis were included. All patients underwent radiography and CT examination, and 5 of the patients underwent enhanced CT scanning. Results CT findings of the patients with Wegener's granulomatosis included pulmonary solitary nodules or masses (n=3), multiple nodules with cavitations (n=5), lobar consolidation (n=1), patchy airspace consolidation (n=2) and interstitial mixed airspace, respectively. Conclusion CT findings of Wegener's granulomatosis are nonspecific.It is essential for accurate diagnosis to correlate CT findings with clinical data. |
