目的 探讨高频超声检测阴茎根部解剖结构的可行性及其在阴茎再造术中的价值。方法 使用高频超声,对15例生育期健康男性阴茎根部非勃起状态下的大体结构进行检测,并对其检测结果进行分析。结果 阴茎根部尿道海绵体的长度为(10.5±0.90) cm,阴茎根部阴茎海绵体长为(9.36.±0.68) cm,阴茎体近端至阴茎海绵体动脉进入阴茎根部海绵体处的长度为(5.75.±1.08) cm。结论 高频超声能较清晰显示阴茎根部的阴茎海绵体、尿道海绵体和阴茎海绵体动脉 |

Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasonography on revealing anatomic structure of the radix penis, which will be helpful in reconstructive operation of penis. Methods Under unerectical condition, anatomic structure of radix penis in 15 health men was studied with high frequency ultrasonography. Results The length was (10.5±0.90) cm from root of corpus penis to urogenital diaphragm, (9.36±0.68) cm from root of corpus penis to the attachment point of corpora cavernosa inferior pubic, and (5.75±1.08) cm from root of corpus penis to location of deep artery entering corpora cavernosa. Conclusion Some important anatomic structure of radix penis may be revealed with high frequency ultrasonography under noninvasive condition, which will provide useful information for reconstructive operation of the penis. |
