| 目的探讨胆囊癌的MR分期，评价MRI和MRCP对胆囊癌手术可切除性的价值。方法 回顾性分析57例经手术病理证实为胆囊癌的MRI和MRCP表现，进行MR分期并评估其手术可切除性。结果 Ⅰ期3例，Ⅱ期17例，Ⅲ期6例，Ⅳ期31期。根治性手术36例，其中Ⅰ期3例，Ⅱ期17例，Ⅲ期3例，Ⅳ期13例；姑息性手术或剖腹探查术17例，其中Ⅲ期3例，Ⅳ期14例；另4例MR分期为Ⅳ期者，未能手术而接受其他方法治疗。结论 MRI和MRCP对胆囊癌进行分期有助于临床选择 |

| Objective To study the MR stage of gallbladder carcinoma and evaluate MRI and MRCP assessing the resectability of gallblader carcinoma. Methods The MRI and MRCP findings were reviewed and analyzed in 57 cases of gallbladder carcinoma confirmed pathologically MR staging of these cases was made and surgical resectability was evaluated. Results In this group, there were 3 cases of stage Ⅰ, 17 cases of stage Ⅱ, 6 cases of stage Ⅲ and 31 cases of stage Ⅳ, and tumors of 36 cases were radically resected (3 stage Ⅰ, 17 stage Ⅱ, 3 stage Ⅲ and 13 stage Ⅳ). Palliative resection or exploratory surgery were done on 17 cases (3 stage Ⅲ and 14 stage Ⅳ). Four cases (MR stage Ⅳ) had no surgery but treated otherwise. Conclusion The staging of gallbladder carcinoma with MRI and MRCP contributes to choice of appropriate treatment planning. |
