| 目的探讨增强螺旋CT(SCT)扫描对胰岛素瘤的诊断。方法 回顾性收集了经手术和病理证实的17例胰岛素瘤，分析增强SCT扫描强化特点。结果 ①17例共22个胰岛素瘤作了手术切除(其中包括一例多发性胰岛素瘤)，SCT探测胰岛素瘤敏感性为90.9%。②21个肿瘤动脉期均为明显或轻度强化，静脉期和延迟期8个呈等密度，其余均为稍高密度影。结论 增强SCT对探测胰岛素瘤有很高的敏感性。 |

| Objective To evaluate contrast enhanced spiral CT in the diagnosis of insulinoma. Methods CT imagings of 17 patients of surgical and pathological proven insulinomas were reviewed, and the features of enhanced Spiral CT were analyzed. Results There were 22 insulinomas of 17 patients. The sensitivity of enhanced Spiral CT for the detection of insulinoma was 90.9%. Twenty one insulinomas were visualized in the arterial phases as hyperattenuating or mild enhancement, 8 insulinomas seen as isodense compared with the surrounding pancreatic tissue in the portal venous and delay phases. Conclusion Enhanced Spiral CT is of high sensitivity for the detection of insulinoma. |
