      目的 研究E-选择素A561C基因多态性对高血压及心脏结构功能的影响。方法 原发性高血压组347例,健康对照组315例,均进行诊室血压及生化指标测量。以PCR-RFLP方法进行DNA多态性分析,电泳判断基因型并测序。对高血压组检测超声心动图。结果 检测到AA、AC、CC三种基因型。在高血压组与非高血压组之间,基因型构成比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。在高血压组AC-CC基因型和C等位基因频率(6.92%和4.76%)显著高于对照组(分别为3.17%,

      Objective To investigate the effect of E-selectin A561C (S128R) polymorphism on blood pressure,cardiac structure and cardiac function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods Genotypes of 347 essential hypertension patients (163 males, 184 females, aged 46.08±12.49, BMI 26.13±3.14 kg/m2) and 315 healthy individuals (male 93, female 222, age 42.21±14.67, BMI 25.66±3.19 kg/m2) were typed by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Take blood pressure and exam BG, TG, TC, LDL, HDL, UA, BUN of each individuals.UCG were measured for hypertension patients. Results Three genotypes (AA,AC,CC) were found. In EH group, the percentage of genotype AC-CC (6.92%)and allele C (4.76%) are significantly higher than in healthy group(3.17% and 2.22%), P=0.029 and 0.013. Risk of hypertension for allele C is 2.197 times of that for allele A (OR=2.197, 95% CI:1.164-4.144). MAP and CDBP are greater in individuals with CC-AC genotypes (P=0.024 for MAP and P=0.049 for CDBP). LVM and LVMI are also greater (P=0.032 and 0.036)in this genotypes. Conclusion E-selectin A561C (S128R) polymorphism affect blood pressure, LVM and LVMI significantly.
