| 目的 探讨胆囊形态异常对胆囊结石形成的作用。方法 采用二维超声检测2694例健康体检者胆囊结石发病率及异常胆囊形态,分析低龄组胆囊结石发病与不良生活习惯的相关性。结果 20岁以上人群中胆石症患病率为10.8%。其中20~39岁年龄组中胆囊结石患者合并有胆囊形态异常为75%,并伴多种不良习惯,与其他年龄组比较有显著差异(P＜0.01)。结论 在低龄组有不良生活习惯的人群中,胆囊形态异常在胆囊结石生成方面起重要作用。 |

| Objective To discuss the action that the acquirement gallstone taken from the abnormal gall shape.Methods A total of 2694 well physical examination persons were included, the happening rate of abnormal gall form and gallstone was investigated by means of two dimensional ultrasound and analyzed the correlation between the harmfully of gallstone and the badness life style in the group of 20 to 39 years old. Results The overall prevalence of cholelithiasis (gallstones plus cholecystectomy) was 10.8% over 20 years old.Among patients of gallstone, 75% accompanied abnormal gall shape in the group of 20-39 years old and there was different than other ages groups obviously (P＜0.01).Conclusion Throng of young group with bad habits and abnormal gallbladder form is charged with the significant action of gallstone formation. |
