      目的 提出一种改良咽鼓管倾斜位MR扫描方法。方法 病变组4例按照传统方法进行咽鼓管倾斜位MR扫描;正常组4例按照自行设计的改良法进行扫描。结果 传统方法只能部分显示咽鼓管及周围解剖结构。改良法可以显示咽鼓管全长,而且适用于按传统方法无法确认的、解剖变异大的儿童咽鼓管扫描。结论 改良法将耳鼻咽喉专科、影像学与数学相结合,简便易行,个体针对性强,值得临床推广应用。

      Objective To investigate the value of classical tilted MR imaging of the eustachian tube (ET), and to introduce a modified anteriorly tilted transaxial MR imaging technique for ET. Methods Four patients and 4 normal subjects were examined with tilted MR imaging parallel to the longitudinal axis of the ET. The patients were scanned by using the classical method, while the 4 normal subjects were scanned by using the 'modified method' to decide the tilted imaging plane of the ET. The relevant data obtained from the conventional horizontal MR imaging of the ET was utilized to calculate the scanning angle. The modified images were obtained based on the calculated angle. Results By using the classical scanning methods, the ET and the peripheral tissues were partially revealed on MR imaging. The new modified method could show the whole length of the ET, and it had following advantages over the classical methods: simple calculation, better individual specificity, also suitable for infants, and satisfying ET imaging. Conclusion All the classical methods are acquired from cadaver anatomizing, and of course has the same problem of ignoring individual variants. The new method avoids the problem and it is easy to calculate. So the clinical application of the modified ET MR imaging judged by calculation is strongly advocated.
