      目的 应用超声心动图评价经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)联合应用冠状动脉远端保护装置对急性心梗患者左室形态、结构和功能的影响。方法 对照组35例,实验组22例,分别于术前、术后1、3、6个月测量左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、射血分数(EF)和室壁运动记分指数(WMSI)。结果 实验组术后EF值、3个月及6个月时WMSI和LVEDV、LVESV与对照组差异均有显著性意义。结论 联合应用远端保护装置,可更加有效阻止左室重构的进程。超声心动图能够准确观测、评价左室形态、结构和功能变化,有效指导临床治疗。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate impact on left ventricle remodeling in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) using distal occlusion balloon protection devices by echocardiography. Methods Twenty-two patients received percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with distal protection devices were examined by echocardiography before operation and one month, three and six month after the operation, with thirty-five cases of traditional PCI as control group. Left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV), left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV), ejection fraction (EF) and wall motion index (WMSI) were measured in each patient. Results There were no differences in each index between two groups preoperatively. Compared with control group, EF was significantly higher in every echo exam post-operatively. WMSI, LVEDV and LVESV were significantly lower after three and six months in distal protection devices group. Conclusion Left ventricle remodeling was prevented effectively by using distal protection devices. The shape, structure and function of left ventricle could be monitored and evaluated by echocardiography.
