| 目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮小肠病变的CT表现。方法 回顾性分析16例系统性红斑狼疮病人小肠病变的CT表现，并与18例正常病人进行对照分析。结果 系统性红斑狼疮小肠病变CT表现: 8例肠壁和肠系膜有异常改变；6例肠系膜有异常改变，但肠壁未见明显异常；2例CT检查阴性。结论 CT可以判断系统性红斑狼疮小肠病变受累情况及程度，为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。 |

| Objective To investigate CT features of intestinal change in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods CT features of intestinal change in 16 SLE patients were reviewed retrospectively. The CT features of 16 SLE patients were compared with 18 normal patients. Results The CT findings were divided into 3 categories. The first category included 8 patients, which were found abnormity both in bowel wall and mesentery. The second category included 6 patients who were only found abnormity in mesentery. The third included 2 patients, in which CT findings were negative. Conclusion CT can estimate the serious of the disease and the extent of the disease. It can afford evidence for clinical diagnosis and therapy. |
