| 目的评价单次屏气电影法测量心功能的价值。方法 应用单次屏气电影法与多次屏气电影法随机检查16例心脏病患者,比较两种方法测量所得心功能指标,包括左心室舒张末期容量(EDV),收缩末期容量(ESV),搏出量(SV),射血分数(EF)及心肌质量(MM)。结果 各个均值比较差异两组间无显著性,并呈明显直线相关关系。结论 单次屏气电影法明显缩短心功能测量时间,是一种有价值的方法。 |

| Objective To investigate the value of single breath-hold cine MRI in evaluating left ventricular function. Methods Sixteen patients with cardiac diseases were studied with single breath-hold cine MRI and multiple breath-hold cine MRI. Measurement results of EDV, ESV, SV, EF, MM with single breath-hold cine MRI were compared with those of multiple breath-hold method. Results The measurement results of the two methods were closely correlated. No statistical difference was found between measurement results of the two methods. Conclusion Single breath-hold cine MRI is valuable in evaluating left ventricular function. |
