目的观察不同体重者下丘脑对口服葡萄糖耐量试验的反应。方法 对10名肥胖者及10名正常体重者,收集口服75 g葡萄糖后的下丘脑fMRI数据,以平均灰度值方法进行图像分析处理。结果 不同体重者口服葡萄糖后在下丘脑部位均出现一过性抑制反应,但肥胖者抑制反应出现时间较正常体重者明显延迟、抑制反应强度明显减低(P<0.05),其抑制反应恢复时间明显延长(P<0.01)。结论 肥胖者下丘脑对糖刺激反应的敏感性较正常体重者降低。功能磁共振成像是确定脑特定区域功能的有效手段。 |

Objective To investigate central response of hypothalamus to oral glucose tolerance test.Methods The signal of hypothalamus was monitored by fMRI for 60 minutes in 20 persons with two types of body weight (10 obese subjects and 10 normal body weight subjects) after oral glucose intake. Normal body-weight volunteers underwent repeat fMRI scan after consuming an equivalent amount of water without glucose on a separate day. The procedure for fMRI scan with water intake was the same as for glucose ingestion.Results Both normal and obese subjects demonstrated an inhibition of fMRI signal after glucose intake, but the inhibition was attenuated and delayed in obese subjects compared with that in normal subjects. The area of hypothalamus in normal subjects demonstrated no significant response after oral water ingestion. Conclusion Hypothalamus response to glucose loading in normal and obese human is different. The glucose-induced central sensitivity of hypothalamus is attenuated in obese subjects. |
